Health Plan has good news to share. Adventist Health will not terminate their hospital and provider groups contracts on July 1, 2025, as previously communicated. The contracts for the hospital and provider groups below are still in effect under new agreements. The new agreements will not include primary care services; therefore, Adventist Health members will be reassigned to new primary care providers (PCPs) within the network. All Health Plan members can continue to receive hospital and specialty care services from Adventist Health.

- Adventist Health Lodi Memorial Hospital Clinics (physician group)
- Adventist Health Physicians Network (physician group)
- Adventist Health Home Care
