The HPSJ HEDIS Provider Partnership Program is back for another year! The second year kick-off luncheon meeting is by-invitation only.
Attendees will meet with the HPSJ staff committed to continuing a successful partnership program focused on improving HEDIS measures and increasing provider incentive payments.
We have an agenda that includes:
- A welcome from HPSJ’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr Lakshmi Dhanvanthari
- A Project overview from our VP of Provider Networks, Pamela Newman
- A program purpose and goal from our Quality Director, Catherine Flanagan
- You will also hear from one of our partnership practices that participated in year one
- We will round out the speakers with the targets for the program’s second year, by our HEDIS & Accreditation manager, Tamara Foster
- Materials will be provided that can be used as resources for enhancing the outcomes in our second year program, which include the HEDIS GAP Report (DRE), copies of the member incentive brochure and the updated provider tip sheet, plus more.
