HPSJ will soon be transitioning to a new payment solution ProviderPay (also known as
REPAY or Ventanex). This change brings many advantages, but we need your help to
ensure a smooth transition.

Some of the benefits include:

  • View or download payment information in PDF or Excel format
  • Easily change how you get paid, for example via EFT (direct bank deposit).
  • 10 years of secure online storage of Remittance Advice and payments information.

We need the email address of the person at your practice that is authorized to make decisions about claims, payments, and bank account information. As soon as possible, please provide this information at www.hpsj.com/paycontact

After we have the email addresses from our providers, we will send a secure web link (later in July or August, the email will be from ventanex.com) so that you can register and ensure a smooth transition for continued payment.
