The California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) is hosting the annual recovery rally. Everyone is welcome. It is a really great event celebrating recovery and generally de-stigmatizing behavioral health for all.
Every September since 1992, CCAPP has sponsored National Recovery Month at the State Capitol to increase awareness and understanding of mental health and substance use disorders and celebrate the people who recover.
