If your provider is outside the time and distance standard, HPSJ may help you find an appointment closer to you. You have the right to call the HPSJ Member Services Department toll free at 888-936-7526 to get help with finding an appointment to a closer doctor. Member Services Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If HPSJ cannot find you an appointment with a closer specialist, HPSJ will arrange transportation for you.
