The Excellent Health Outcomes for All (EHOA) Training, formerly referred to as Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), is now available on our website. This training is required for Network Providers, Subcontractors and Downstream Subcontractors
Per the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) All Plan Letter (APL) 24-016, training completion and attestation are due by 12/31/25.

You can launch or download the training. A completed Attestation, which can be accessed within the training module via a link or directly from our website, must be submitted in order to receive credit for the training.
