Earth Day in the Park Festival

The City of Modesto and local area sponsors invite residents to come to the annual Earth Day in the Park Festival.

“Green” education is the focus: learn how to further reduce your carbon footprint at the Earth Day event.  Take the first step at reducing emissions by biking to the park, and your bike may be locked up at the pool area free of charge.

Local companies and vendors offer information, samples, goodies and more.

Festival foods and treats are available, and music and entertainment abound.  Carnival-type games and rides are typically set up near the playground.
