SHAW 4 Community will be hosting their 5th Annual Community Wellness Hike on Saturday, September 27, 2025, with a start time 9:00am at American River Bike Trail (American River Bike Trail, Folsom, California 95630). This is a free event for the community free breakfast, BBQ lunch, Yoga/Zumba/Dancing, lake tour and hike.
