We are aware of a system issue related to our recent QNXT 2.0 cut-over that may result in Remittance Advices (RAs) displaying blank or missing claim line information.

Important Guidance: If you receive an RA with missing or blank claim line details, please do not submit a Provider Dispute. Instead, follow the steps below:

Submit a Corrected Claim through your standard claims submission process.

This action allows the new QNXT 2.0 system to properly capture, and process all claim lines, ensuring accurate adjudication and payment.
