California Department Public Health (CDPH) State Public Health Officer Dr. Erica Pan, in collaboration with the California Health and Human Services Agency, the California Public Purchasers (Covered California, CalPERS, and Department of Health Care Services), and the California Collaborative for Public Health Research at UC San Francisco (CPR3), invites you to learn more about a new California health coalition.
The Public Health for All Californians Together Coalition, or the PHACT Coalition, includes medical and health systems and insurers, academic partners, Tribal Health programs, and public health and community-based organizations. The PHACT Coalition is holding a kick-off meeting on September 26th to come together to share recent updates in immunizations and amplify and share communications to promote vaccine access and confidence.
Join Dr. Pan, HHS Secretary Kim Johnson, and other California health experts as they talk about:
- Recent CA & West Coast respiratory virus immunization recommendations
- Changes in federal-level recommendations, including ACIP
- What California is doing to respond to these changes
- More information about the West Coast Health Alliance
- How you and your organization can get involved
