HAVEN Healthy Alternatives to Violent Environments will be hosting their annual fundraising walk In Their Shoes event on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, from 9:30am to 12:00pm.  This is a family friendly event and a great way to start your Saturday morning! Catalyst Community will be hosting the Community Hub Day on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  At Pioneer Park, 6740 Fairplay Rd, Somerset, Ca 95684.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide Senior hot lunches, informational booths and food boxes.

The Center will be hosting the Tumbleweeds and Rhinestones A Night to Sparkle and Shine Annual Gala on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.  At the Placerville Gathering Place 2820 Cold Springs Road, Placerville, Ca 95667.  A fun night to support The Center’s mission.

The Upper Room Dining Hall provides free hot meals and compassion for the hungry. Offering Navigation services, showers, laundry, clothing and additional services on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.  At the Upper Room Dining Hall, 1868 Broadway, Placerville, Ca 95667.  All the resources are FREE for those in need.

Turlock Adult School and Roselawn High School will be hosting a Career & Resource Fair on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 11:00am to 3:00pm.  At the Roselawn High School, 350 N. Kilroy Rd, Turlock, CA 95380. This event is FREE to the community and will provide informational booths.

Water Child Development will be hosting a Spring Fling Fair on Friday, April 24th, 2026, from 9:00am to 11:00am.  At the Water Child Development Center, 219 N. Reinway Ave, Waterford, Ca 95386.  Children and their families will have the opportunity to explore an engage in hands-on STEAM activities, also several community resources available for families.

Catalyst Community will be hosting the 40th Annual Kids Expo Placerville 2026 on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  At El Dorado County Fairgrounds, 100 Placerville Dr, Placerville, Ca 95667.  FREE family friendly event hands on activities for children, food vendors, face painting, games, community resources, performances and more!!!

Home Street Home will be hosting a Hearts in Harmony Fair on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. At the Lincoln Park Gazebo, 20 E. Eaton Ave, Tracy, Ca 95376.   A community gathering uniting choirs, bands, youth groups, and solo artists across generations, cultures, and musical styles.
