This notice is to inform you that your May 2023 capitation payment will be delayed.
We want you to be aware of the following:
- The May Cap payments will be issued on May 8, 2023, and will be postmarked or remitted via ACH (automated clearing house) transfer on that date.
- Please allow at least one (1) week from the postmark date for live checks to arrive.
- ACH transfers should be reflected in your accounts within 24 hours of the issuance date.
