If you need assistance with damage from the flooding in California, call the number above to ask for help. They will connect you with volunteers from local relief organizations, community groups and faith communities who may be able to assist with:

  • Cut fallen trees
  • Drywall, flooring & appliance removal
  • Tarping roofs
  • Mold mitigation
All services are free, but service is not guaranteed due to the overwhelming need. This hotline will remain open through Friday, January 27, 2023.

Staying safe during fire season and power outages

May 2022 - To our Health Plan of San Joaquin members, we always have concern for your health and the safety and well-being of your family. This includes when there are disasters, such as in the California fire season. We ask you to:

  • Keep with you your prescribed meds and charged or battery reliant health care tools
  • Keep your HPSJ ID card and Medi-Cal Benefits Card with you
  • In a disaster, you can get any of this local help, FREE, with no prior HPSJ say so:
    • ER hospital care
    • Urgent Care
    • Drug store fills of prescribed meds
