REMINDER
Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Medical Record Review (MRR) season is coming.
Medical Record Collection for HEDIS Hybrid measures begins February 2023. Please note, HPSJ is willing to assist with medical record procurement and does not pay a medical record copy fee.
RECORDS COLLECTION DEADLINE: March 31,2023
Records received after APRIL 14, 2023, may not be processed.
HPSJ will be requesting medical records via fax from your offices starting in February 2023. All requested records should be faxed to (209) 762-4730.
ADVISORY: This process is TIME SENSITIVE in preparation HPSJ recommends the following:
- Designate a contact person for the collection of records,
- If you have an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that allows for remote access, please contact the HPSJ team early to coordinate set-up. Direct EMR capture is a no cost service for HPSJ contracted providers.
