Health Plan of San Joaquin reminds you that we can work together to slow the spread of COVID-19. By slowing the spread, we can keep our hospitals, clinics and doctor’s freed up to care for people who need it most. Each of us can protect our family and friends and restore our community.
Wear a mask and stay six feet apart when you’re out in public. Wash your hands often- 20 seconds or more. One person can’t do this on their own, but together, we can do our part to help our community get back to doing what we love the most!
