REMINDER
Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Medical Record Review (MRR) season is coming.
Earlier notifications were sent out in November 2022 and December 2022.
Medical Record Collection for HEDIS Hybrid measures will begin February 2023.
RECORDS COLLECTION DEADLINE: March 31, 2023
Records received after APRIL 14, 2023, may not be processed.
HPSJ will be requesting medical records via fax from your offices starting in February 2023. All requested records should be faxed to (209) 762-4730.
- Please designate a contact person for the collection of records, this process is TIME SENSITIVE.
- To expedite collection, HPSJ will pick records from your location with advanced notice. Please contact HPSJ’s staff at (209) 461-2241 to make arrangements. All records must be sorted by member and enclosed in a folder to safeguard member PHI.
- HPSJ will not pay for copy service fees. If records are requested, providers are expected to provide all medical records being requested without fee.
