Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) is pleased to inform you that our DRE Claims Portal has been updated.
Effective March 24th, 2023, the portal is now available. To access the portal please visit our website at https://www.hpsj.com/providers/ . Once you have accessed the claims portal, you will notice added features and information to enhance your experience.
Some of the key improvements include:
- Ability to view the authorization associated with a claim
- Original Claim number will be visible for all adjusted claims
- From-Through dates will now be populated
- DRE will mirror claim line details, including Revenue Codes, Modifiers, NDC Codes and Billed Units
This update will improve the overall user experience and allow access to detailed claims information.
