Health Plan of San Joaquin Chief Joins California Association Board (Port O Call, Stockton Chamber of Commerce, July 2015)
Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) CEO Amy Shin has joined the board of the Oakland-based California Health Care Safety Net Institute (SNI), the research and quality improvement affiliate of the California Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems (CAPH).
Shin said she is eager to contribute her service to the SNI board “because our work on behalf of the diverse communities of San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties mirrors SNI’s mission to make sure more people -especially those most affected by health disparities -receive effective, efficient and respectful health care regardless of their ability to pay.”
