Already enrolled in the Healthy Families Program?
If you are in income level B or C, effective November 1st, 2009 your premiums and copayments will increase.
Here are a few of the most common co payments:
Families in Category A are not affected by these changes.

All Health Plan of San Joaquin Healthy Families Program members will receive a new ID Card in a couple of weeks. Check back on our website often for updates!
