Already enrolled in the Healthy Families Program?

If you are in income level B or C, effective November 1st, 2009 your premiums and copayments will increase.

Here are a few of the most common co payments:

• Office visits: $10 (waived for well-child visits)
• Emergency Care: $15 (waived if admitted)
• Prescriptions: $10
• There is no copayment for members 24 months of age or younger (except for prescriptions)

Families in Category A are not affected by these changes.
