HPSJ is governed by a diverse 11-member San Joaquin County Health Commission, which was formed and appointed by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors. A Chief Executive Officer and a professional Executive Staff, all of who have considerable experience working in managed care, administer Health Plan of San Joaquin.
