Health Plan of San Joaquin offers the Healthy Families Program. Healthy
Families is a low cost insurance plan for children and teens. With Healthy
Families our members receive health, dental and vision coverage. Healthy
Families is available for families who do not qualify for no-cost Medi-Cal.
Many working families in San Joaquin, Merced and Stanislaus Counties are
eligible for Healthy Families. It’s affordable and based upon your family
income. You will be amazed how much you can earn and still qualify. As a Health
Plan of San Joaquin member, you have access to quality medical care and most
area hospitals. Some of the benefits of choosing Health Plan of San Joaquin
