In our effort to process and pay claims more quickly and to reduce the turnaround time for paper billings, Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) has a new claims mailing address for initial billings, which will now go directly to our scanning vendor.
Effective immediately, for billings being submitted for the first time, mail them to the following P.O. Box:

P.O. Box 839
El Cerrito, CA 94530
Please continue to use the existing P.O. Boxes for tracers, appeals, PM 160 (CHDP) forms, provider dispute resolution (PDR), refund checks, corrected billings or any other correspondence.
